Sabato 23 agosto un centinaio di atleti hanno sfidato il meteo incerto e si sono presentati alla partenza del Duathlon Sprint di Solarolo. Al via della gara, composta da 5km di corsa + 20km di bici + 2,5km di corsa, erano presenti anche 6 atleti dell’ Imola Triathlon di cui 3 alla prima gara della stagione.

Nella gara maschile il migliore imolese è stato Martino Dall’Osso, che alla sua prima esperienza termina 23° assoluto e 4° della categoria S2 in 1h02’22, ma altrettanto positive sono state le prove di Luca Lanzoni (1h07’07), Poggi Marco (all’esordio in 1h07’36), Rinaldi Fiorenzo (1h10’17) e Samuele Scardovi (1h11’06 all’esordio, dopo una prima frazione alla pari con Dall’Osso è stato colto da crampi che gli hanno compromesso la gara).
